Mission trips are an important part of teaching our young people to have compassion for all of God’s children and to be of service anywhere and everywhere possible. The 2016 youth mission trip was to Sprouting Hope Community Garden in Marion, Virginia, and Elk Garden School Community Ministries in Rosedale, Virginia.
This year, our Ohana Youth plan to travel to Deer Lodge, TN, to do a work camp at the Morgan Scott Project for Cooperative Christian Concerns. Morgan Scott Project serves the needs of low-income families in Scott and Morgan Counties, two of the most poverty-stricken counties in Tennessee. Your support, whether financial, material, or through prayer, is vital to these trips and very much appreciated!
