Exciting things are happening at Spring City United Methodist Church and you are invited to experience them with us. Join us on Sunday Mornings at 9:00am in our new worship service, “The Spring”. This service is for today’s people, featuring a contemporary message and modern praise and worship music, all balanced around a powerful worship service centered on Christ. We at Spring City United Methodist are a congregation of loving and caring people, who encompass many walks of life, but we have one great thing in common: we have a love for Christ that we want to share with our community and the world. “The Spring” service will be a family friendly, come as you are service in a casual atmosphere. There will be a casual worship time based around modern music and led by a praise and worship team, followed by a scripture-based sermon to lead you through the week. There is a nursery available during the service for babies and toddlers up to 3 years of age. After “The Spring” service at 9:45 am, Sunday School classes begin. There are many different classes that gather, including Young Adults, Pairs and Spares, Celebration Class, and the Men’s Sunday School Class. All classes are based around biblical teachings and offer a great learning environment to grow in your relationship with Christ, while also spending quality time with other Christians from similar walks of life.
Spring City United Methodist Church is seeking a committed Christian lay leader to serve as Youth Ministries Director for you grades 6-12. The First Wednesday Fellowship Meal is scheduled for August 7th at 6 p.m. in the Family Life Center. Join us at our 11 a.m. worship service on Sunday, September 8, and afterward for a meal to be held in the Family Life Center to celebrate our coming together again with our church family, former church members, and friends. This is a time we look back over God’s blessings of the past year and anticipate what He will do in the year to come. It is also a time to welcome back those who have been a part of our church in the past.
Come and celebrate with us!
